This year’s theme is “Empowering Communities, Thriving Workforces”, focusing on the role of community strength and meaningful work in nurturing mental wellbeing. Independent schools across WA are encouraged to take part in activities such as wellbeing workshops, classroom reflection sessions, staff and student check-ins, and community outreach. The aim is to spark conversations, reduce stigma, and equip everyone in the school community with strategies to support mental health.
