Highly Recommended Digital Technologies Subject PL
A two-day Yrs 5-10 Digital Technologies (the WA Curriculum subject) PL is being kindly hosted by St Hilda’s AGS in Mosman Park on 25-26 February. This is being delivered by the Australian Computing Academy and subsidised by the Australian Government. It is a perfect opportunity to further develop DT leadership in confident Yr 5 and 6 teachers or quickly inform and upskill any teachers who are new to teaching DT in middle school. Born Storytellers has a new look to coincide with the release of the 2019 Creative Writing Professional Development Programs at Murdoch University. The 2019 program includes new dates for the Creative Writing PD Masterclass for ATAR English Teachers, and introduces a new program for Mastering Story Craft: A Professional Development Masterclass for Years 8-10 English Teachers, the first of which will be held in April. The PD masterclass programs are supported with follow-up incursions for schools to assist teachers in furthering their skills and knowledge teaching creative writing.
