    About the role


    Risk and Compliance Officer (full-time, ongoing)


    We are seeking a Risk and Compliance professional who enjoys being actively involved in all facets of College life. In this role, you will lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, WHS and policy frameworks, ensuring they remain effective, current, and aligned with best practice.


    As a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, you will play a key role in strengthening our risk‑aware culture. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and influence at all levels will be essential to your success.


    Beyond your technical capability, we are looking for someone who genuinely reflects the College’s mission and values, and who can ensure these values are embedded in our policies, procedures, and daily practice.


    This is a fulltime (1.0 FTE), ongoing role and is ideal for someone who is available to commence immediately.

    RELIEF EDUCATION ASSISTANTS - EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST 


    HillSide Christian College is seeking applications for Relief Education Assistants to fill ad hoc and short-term relief positions as they arise.     Key Responsibilities 






    • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the School Board. 








    • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute documentation via Microsoft Teams.

    • Support the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board self-review process.

    • Assist with onboarding of new Board members and governance reporting requirements (e.g., DOE and ACNC updates). 








    • Create simple promotional materials for Board events.

    Full-time Teacher Position Available:


    Child Side K-10 Independent School established 2003 and located in Boyanup (20 minutes from Bunbury) in the South West region, is seeking a new teacher to work in a full-time position alongside our current long-term, highly experienced teachers.     HillSide Christian College needs cleaners for relief work on a casual basis. 


     


    During school term, shifts can be either morning (6am-8am) or afternoon (3pm-6pm) from Monday to Friday.  School vacation hours are compacted to 5.5 hours, with a morning start.  


     


    Salary is based on the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award [MA000076] at Level 1, casual rate.
