Description

This professional learning is designed for teachers who have not yet completed Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum (KS:CPC) Training, as well as those seeking a practical refresher. This one-day session provides clear, accessible guidance on delivering the Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum with confidence and consistency. Participants will explore how to introduce key concepts, strengthen students’ understanding of protective behaviours, and embed child protection education meaningfully across year levels and learning areas. The session also supports teachers to plan their first KS:CPC lessons, consider age-appropriate approaches, and identify practical strategies for creating safe, respectful classroom conversations. 

Whether you are new to the curriculum or updating your knowledge, this professional learning will strengthen your capacity to support student safety, wellbeing, and informed decision-making.

She has designed and led programs focused on parenting, as well as student and staff wellbeing, supporting positive outcomes within school communities.
