All students referred to SMYL Community College experience significant barriers to education. Teaching and learning is adjusted and support services provided, to meet individual student needs. We utilise a collaborative case management model to find the most appropriate learning pathway for every student. Successful candidates should possess a willingness to work at a range of campuses, depending on organisational requirements.
