Manager, Member Experience and Commercial Operations

Description

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Manager, Member Experience and Commercial Operations to lead member engagement, grow commercial revenue, and identify opportunities that enhance member value while contributing to AISWA’s long-term sustainability and strategic growth.

This diverse role combines relationship management, business development, service excellence, and strategic leadership. Working closely with members, partners, stakeholders and internal teams, you will deliver an outstanding member experience while identifying and implementing commercial initiatives that support AISWA’s strategic objectives.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Strategic Communications and Business Development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial management, business development, customer or member experience, or a related field.
  • A proven ability to identify, develop, and deliver new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, preferably within a member-based, not-for-profit, or service-oriented environment.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, customer experience, or a related discipline.
