Description
We are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic ICT Support Technician Selection Criteria:The successful candidate will be able to:
- Resolving Level 1 & 2 technical issues
- Install, maintain and undertake necessary upgrades of all hardware, software, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot system problems and find workable solutions
- Work with the primary client to assist in daily operational requirements
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of the local network servers in correspondence with Management
- Work with the Technology Team to manage enterprise infrastructure and systems
- Assess hardware/software needs and manage purchases through the Systems Manager
- Conduct compliance auditing of systems and reporting
- Utilising helpdesk software
Highly desirable:
- Previous level 1 experience (less than 2 years) is ideal
- IT graduate (either University or TAFE)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge with Apple MAC, iPads, Windows suite, networks
