Head of Maintenance

Full time, Ongoing position, to commence as soon as possible 

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Maintenance. 

The purpose of this key position is the overall maintenance of the College facilities, furniture and equipment ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship across all 3 College sites - East Perth, Waterford and Dwellingup. 

In liaison with the College Business Manager and Property Services Manager, the Head of Maintenance will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic planning and development of the College infrastructure. They will create a safe and conducive environment ensuring the ongoing management, maintenance and improvement of the buildings and all furniture and equipment, while focusing on preserving the heritage of the school and embracing modern advancements. 

 

Applicants for the above positions must be energetic and innovative individuals who are strongly team oriented and committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the College and its co-curricular activities. Successful applicants will also be required to participate in Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Colleges Ltd and Catholic Education Western Australia Limited (CEWA Ltd) professional formation and accreditation processes.

 

Employment is conditional upon the applicant being prepared to apply for a Department of Education Criminal History Check and a current Working with Children card must accompany the application.
