Methodist Ladies' College, Claremont is a vibrant boarding and day school for girls that has been offering exceptional education for more than 110 years. The Boarding House caters for up to 100 girls from rural and international regions.
The Director of Boarding is an important and highly valued position on the College Leadership Team. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Energy, passion and a results focused approach
- Relevant qualifications, ideally with a postgraduate degree in education
- Demonstrated experience and/or the ability to translate relevant experience to a Boarding environment
- Exemplary leadership skills and a strategic approach
- An aptitude for nurturing and maintaining relationships at all levels
- The capacity to build and provide an enriching home and learning environment for boarding students
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours and resilience in navigating diverse and complex situations
