Description
There is a lot of misinformation and moralising about the impact of pornography on psychosexual development. As such, many educators feel underequipped to have this conversation with young people, particularly teenage boys. AISWA invites you to attend this Professional Learning webinar intended to equip educators with the information, understanding, and strategies to incorporate discussions about pornography and healthy masculinity into Respectful Relationships Education in schools.
Outcomes

Trish Jakovich (AISWA Staff)
Consultant | Wellbeing
Trish is an experienced educator with a strong professional commitment to holistic education and wellbeing. She holds a Master of Education and a postgraduate qualification in Counselling, combining advanced academic knowledge with extensive practical experience. Trish has held leadership roles across early learning and junior school settings, providing a broad understanding of diverse educational environments. She has designed and led programs focused on parenting, as well as student and staff wellbeing, supporting positive outcomes within school communities.
Cameron Fraser
Cameron Fraser, GradDipSxlgy, is a senior sexuality educator at inyourskin_®. He was Deputy Chair of the Society of Australian Sexologists (2022-2024) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Sexology from Curtin University. Cameron specializes in positive masculinity and healthy male sexuality. In 2010, Lifeline WA awarded him for his mental health leadership. He has spoken at events like TEDxPerth on sexting (2019) and Australasian Society for HIV on pleasure-positivity (2023).
