Fishability School Aged Children's Program
Fishability is a not for profit association that delivers programs and activities designed to increase the active involvement of people requiring support with recreational fishing. Fishability has, since 2000 provided fishing opportunities for Western Australians living with challenges. With the support from the Western Australian peak body for recreational fishing, Recfishwest and the Department of Fisheries, Fishability has promoted fishing as a means of acceptance and inclusion.
The Fishability objectives are reached through specially structured, fully supervised, fishing activities in jetty platforms in the Metropolitan area, Mandurah, Busselton, Geraldton and Albany, and an annual regional tour program.
In 2018, Fishability launched the ‘Fishability School Aged Children's Program’ catering for primary and high school students. For further information please click Here
