AISWA Governance

AISWA is governed by a board that is representative of the membership of the association. In addition, there are two advisory committees; the Legal and Governance Consultative Committee and the Education Policy Consultative Committee.

Each member school is represented by the principal and a nominated member of the governing body. The membership meets once each year at the Annual General Meeting and at any additional extraordinary meetings which may be called to consider resolutions that require a vote to be taken. Each member school has one vote. Click here to view the AISWA Constitution.
