Description
This role-specific webinar will introduce VET Coordinators to the funding and reporting functions available through MyAISWA. Participants will learn how to locate and complete funding applications, upload supporting information, monitor application progress and manage annual course data and acquittal requirements. The session will demonstrate how MyAISWA provides a clearer, more streamlined way to manage VET funding activity and view the school’s funding history.
Important:
VET Coordinators can prepare, edit and submit applications but cannot approve them. Approval authority remains with the Principal.
Outcomes
By the end of this webinar, VET Coordinators will be able to:
• View available VET funding application forms.
• Complete and edit a VET funding application.
• Save an application as a draft and submit it for review.
• Upload supporting documents.
• View an application’s status, including To Review, Pending, Approved or Declined.
• Receive and understand email notifications when an application status changes.
• Upload the school’s VET course data annually.
• Submit VET acquittal reports.
• View the school’s VET funding history.
