Description
Join us for a practical introduction to MyAISWA, the new Member portal launching in Term 1 2027. Designed in response to Member feedback, MyAISWA will provide a personalised and user-friendly gateway to AISWA services, professional learning, resources, grants and funding. This session will guide School Administrators and Principals through the portal’s dashboard, staff and school management functions, funding processes and reporting tools. Participants will see how MyAISWA can support efficient administration, greater self-service and clearer visibility of their school’s engagement and membership value.
Outcomes
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
• Log in and navigate the personalised MyAISWA dashboard.
• View and manage the school’s Member list, including adding or removing staff.
• Assign or update relevant Member roles, including VET Coordinator, Inclusive Education Coordinator and Counsellor/Psychologist.
• Update staff email addresses, including individual changes and bulk domain updates.
• Transfer a staff Member to another AISWA school.
• Update and maintain school and campus details, contacts, preferences and permissions.
• Understand the application and approval processes for Inclusive Education and VET funding, as well as copyright licensing.
• Register staff for professional learning and view professional learning activity and reports.
• List job advertisements through MyAISWA.
• Use portal information to better understand school engagement, grants and membership value.
