Description
The Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) and Independent Schools Australia (ISA) invite you to register for live stream viewing-only access to the 2027 WA School Choice Counts Education Forum. This registration option is available for those who are unable to attend the Forum in person, including representatives from regional and remote schools and others who may be unable to travel to the event.
The Forum will bring together government and Independent school sector leaders to engage with education representatives from the major federal parties and discuss key issues, policies and priorities affecting Independent schools in Western Australia.
The discussion will provide an important opportunity to hear sector perspectives and policy priorities ahead of the next federal election. Please register below if you are unable to attend in person and would like to receive a viewing-only link for the Forum.

Presenters
Chris Massey (AISWA Staff)
Executive Director
Chris has been Executive Director of AISWA since September 2022, leading a team that provides professional learning, support, representation, and advocacy for 166 Independent schools across Western Australia. Before this, he spent 15 years at The University of Western Australia, where he progressed to Director of Student Life in 2014, overseeing critical student services, including accommodation, sport, academic support, and well-being initiatives.
Chris holds an MBA, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Physical Education. He is a Graduate of the AICD, a WA Leadership Fellow, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has held several board positions, including with UniSport Australia, West Coast Fever Netball Club, and the University Club of WA. He currently serves on the board of Independent Schools Australia.
