Educational Leadership Beyond the Horizon

Join us at Optus Stadium on Monday 18 May, for the 2026 AISWA Leaders Conference, where School Leaders, Principals, and Board Members will gather for an inspiring and transformative day. This year’s theme, Educational Leadership Beyond the Horizon, will feature thought-provoking sessions reflecting our commitment to preparing educational leaders for the evolving challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. In an era of rapid change, this event will provide you and your team with the insights, connections, and inspiration needed to lead your school communities with confidence and vision.

The conference only booking includes the governance session, lunch, partner showcase, keynote speakers and drinks on the terrace should you wish to attend. This covers everything from 10am through to the start of dinner. The dinner itself is not included.

We are privileged to welcome an exceptional line-up of keynote speakers who will challenge our thinking and broaden our perspectives:

• Alex Moffat, Neuro-Leadership practitioner and award-winning speaker,
• Yasmine London, global online safety expert and digital fluency advocate,
• Dr Kirstin Ferguson AM, listed among the world's top 50 management thinkers and bestselling author,
• Gordon Flake, CEO of Perth USAsia Centre.

The conference will be expertly hosted by Tina Altieri, renowned MC and accomplished communicator, bringing her wealth of experience to the event.

This year, due to demand, we are introducing a morning Governance session hosted from 10am. This session will be included as part of the conference package. Further information to be shared with the launch of the event program. The Partner Showcase will commence from 12.30pm and the official conference launch from 1.50pm. Networking on the terrace will be hosted late afternoon.
