Description

Dr. Sarah Aiono is a leading voice in play pedagogy and CEO of Longworth Education. A former classroom teacher and educational researcher, Sarah specialises in developmentally appropriate, culturally sustaining teaching practices. Through her work across Aotearoa, Australia and internationally, she supports educators to integrate meaningful play into curriculum design, coaching, and leadership. Sarah is also the creator of the Play-Based Learning Observation Tool (P-BLOT™) and a developer of AI-powered coaching solutions for schools.
