Description
This professional learning network is tailored for Principals who are either at the beginning of their leadership journey or transitioning into independent education settings. Across three half-day sessions, participants will engage in a collegial and collaborative environment to exchange insights, explore contemporary leadership challenges, and consider practical strategies for leading in independent schools. Each session provides opportunities to reflect on diverse leadership perspectives and strengthen understanding of expectations, systems, and culture unique to independent education. Through themed presentations, facilitated discussions, and peer learning, participants will build professional connections that support ongoing collaboration and shared learning beyond the program. The network encourages thoughtful dialogue on the complexities of school leadership, enabling Principals to interrogate current practices and develop approaches that promote sustainable improvement. This is a space to connect, reflect, and grow as an educational leader in a supportive and informed setting.
