Description
Join us for a dynamic professional learning series designed for early childhood educators who are passionate about the power of play to shape meaningful learning. The Playful Pedagogies Series explores how intentional environments, nature pedagogy, and thoughtful transitions can elevate children’s everyday experiences and strengthen their sense of agency in early learning settings. Each session offers practical strategies, reflective provocations, and opportunities to consider how play-based approaches can amplify children’s voices and support their wellbeing, curiosity, and connection to community.
In this session, Dr Kelsie Prabawa-Sear will lead an inspiring exploration into the value of nature play, highlighting how outdoor environments provide rich opportunities for children to connect, learn, collaborate, and thrive. Educators will gain ideas for designing nature-based experiences that are authentic, inclusive, and deeply engaging for young learners.
