Diana is the current Consultant, School Business Management, having joined AISWA in June 2019 as the Business Practices and Contracts Manager, and more recently working in the Finance Directorate. Diana is a qualified CPA Accountant, having worked as a Business Manager for a K-12 Day & Boarding school for 15 years.
Meika Pfeiffer-Gough (AISWA Staff)

Meika Pfeiffer-Gough is the Leadership and Teaching Excellence Manager at AISWA, part of the Curriculum and School Improvement Directorate. With 19 years of experience as a teacher and leader across diverse PK-12 educational settings, Meika is committed to promoting excellence in teaching and leadership. She highlights the importance of emotional intelligence and relational trust in building strong, respectful connections within school communities, recognizing these as essential for creating positive learning environments and inspiring growth. Passionate about leadership development, Meika works to empower confident, reflective leaders who drive collective success.
Simon Fittock (AISWA Staff)

Simon is a specialist in artificial intelligence, Technologies, digital literacy, and ICT across the curriculum. He holds a Master of Education by Research degree (Education Leadership) and is a doctoral candidate. Simon has a keen interest in educational practice and has professional experience in Australia and abroad. He has developed his expertise through work as a teacher, academic and consultant.
Lucy Sabatini (AISWA Staff)

As the Wellbeing Manager at AISWA, Lucy brings over 30 years of experience in education and leadership across the Independent and Catholic sectors. A dedicated advocate for wellbeing, Lucy is passionate about creating supportive environments and opportunities that allow both staff and students to drive positive outcomes and flourish. Her role involves fostering meaningful partnerships, delivering leadership consultancy, and providing professional learning for member schools. With a strong focus on whole-school wellbeing initiatives, particularly in Consent and Respectful Relationships Education (CRRE), Lucy is committed to ensuring that member schools feel supported in cultivating inclusive and thriving communities.
Dale Emery
Dale Emery is the Football Operations Manager at the Fremantle Football Club. Dale accepted this role after four years as Executive Assistant to the Principal at Lake Joondalup Baptist College. Dale will share her journey as an Executive Assistant across 25+ years in various sectors including medical, government, education and, for the past 5 years, elite sport where she navigates, amongst other things, the logistics of moving an AFL football team around the country smoothly.
She will share her journey as an Executive Assistant, a servant leader, a wife and mother, now to 43 extra ‘sons’ in addition to her own two. She will share her learnings into the importance of knowing oneself and staying true to this through personal and professional adversity, having an open and curious mind and viewing every challenge as a learning opportunity, and her quest to leave a powerful legacy for our next generation of female leaders to come when her time in the sun has passed.
