Diana is the current Consultant, School Business Management, having joined AISWA in June 2019 as the Business Practices and Contracts Manager, and more recently working in the Finance Directorate. Diana is a qualified CPA Accountant, having worked as a Business Manager for a K-12 Day & Boarding school for 15 years.

Daile Cross

Daile leads the Clarity communications team, drawing on more than two decades of experience in journalism and newsroom leadership roles as well as government communications where she worked as a senior adviser to the Minister for Education. 

Daile’s background gives her a rare and valuable perspective on crisis communications, content creation, and media behaviour. She understands the pressures facing in-house communications teams and is adept at translating complex internal needs into practical, clear and effective communications models.
