Expressions of Interest are invited for this 3-day Professional Learning session, which will be held in 2016.
Kath Murdoch, an internationally renowned speaker, consultant, teacher and author who has researched and published widely in the field of integrative and inquiry-based learning, will lead this workshop. This interactive PL is designed to support educators who are new to, or in the early stages of, teaching in inquiry-driven ways. Reflective practice (including tasks to complete between sessions), examples from real classrooms and practical activities will be a feature of this PL, which aims to develop an understanding of the essential elements of this approach, support the planning of powerful units of inquiry, and explore the art of teaching for inquiry learning.
