Recommended option: ask your AISWA Member Portal Administrator to create the account

Contact your school's AISWA Member Portal Administrator, or your Principal where they manage staff accounts.

This is the quickest option because your account can be created and linked to your school immediately, without waiting for a separate registration approval.

You will receive a welcome email with a link to set your password and complete your profile.

Alternative option: register yourself

You can register through the AISWA website and select your school. Your request will then be sent to your school's AISWA Member Portal Administrator for approval.

Sign in to the AISWA Member Portal using your existing account, then select the NAPLAN Connect button from My Dashboard.

• If your AISWA Member Portal role is Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator, you will automatically receive administrator access in AISWA NAPLAN Connect.
• Other users must be provided access by a Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator within AISWA NAPLAN Connect.

Your account may not yet have access to school data in AISWA NAPLAN Connect.

Contact your school's Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator. They can provide:

• Full access to all of the school's NAPLAN data; or
• Partial access to selected year levels, for example, Year 5 only.

Administrator access in AISWA NAPLAN Connect is linked to the Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator role in the AISWA Member Portal.

Contact your school's AISWA Member Portal Administrator and ask them to confirm that the appropriate role is assigned to your AISWA Member Portal account.

1. Sign in to the AISWA Member Portal using your AISWA Member Portal Administrator account.
2. Open Manage Staff under School Account Management.
3. Select Add User.
4. Enter the staff member's first name, last name and email address.
5. Save the account. The staff member will receive a welcome email with instructions to set their password and complete their profile.
6. If the staff member requires administrator access in AISWA NAPLAN Connect, locate the user under Manage Staff and assign the NAPLAN Coordinator role.

1. Open Manage Staff in the AISWA Member Portal.
2. Locate and select the relevant staff member.
3. Open Assign/Remove Roles.
4. Assign the NAPLAN Coordinator role and apply the change.
5. Ask the user to sign out and sign in again.

Principals and NAPLAN Coordinators can provide school staff with either full access to the school's NAPLAN data or partial access to selected year levels.

1. Sign in to the AISWA Member Portal, then select the NAPLAN Connect button from My Dashboard.
2. In AISWA NAPLAN Connect, open Manage Staff.
3. Select the name of the staff member whose access you want to manage.
4. To provide full access to all of the school's NAPLAN data, select all available year-level access boxes.
5. To provide partial access, select only the year level or year levels the staff member requires, for example, Year 3 or Year 5.
6. Save or apply the changes.

1. Open Manage Staff in AISWA NAPLAN Connect.
2. Select Add User.
3. Enter or select the required staff member details.
4. Select all year-level access boxes to provide full access, or select only the required year levels to provide partial access.
5. Save or apply the changes.

AISWA NAPLAN Connect now uses SSO through the AISWA Member Portal. Administrator access must therefore be linked to your AISWA Member Portal profile.

Contact your school's AISWA Member Portal Administrator and ask them to confirm that either the Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator role is assigned to your account. Then sign out and sign in again.

Full access allows the staff member to view all of the school's NAPLAN data. To provide full access, the Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator must select all available year-level access boxes.

Partial access restricts the staff member to selected year levels, such as Year 3 or Year 5.

Users with the Principal or NAPLAN Coordinator role can manage staff access for their school within AISWA NAPLAN Connect.

Sign out of the AISWA Member Portal and AISWA NAPLAN Connect, then sign in again.

If the issue continues, ask your AISWA Member Portal Administrator to confirm that the NAPLAN Coordinator role has been saved against the correct account.

Check your junk or spam folder. If the email is not there, ask your AISWA Member Portal Administrator to confirm that your email address is correct.
