Baris Education and Culture Foundation Limited, trading as Fountain Colleges, seeks a highly motivated Secondary Technology Teacher to join our team. This full-time position (1.0 FTE) includes a Pastoral Care role. Therefore, we are particularly interested in candidates with solid experience implementing Pastoral Care activities and programs tailored to Muslim students.

Candidates with a deep understanding of Islamic Studies and a commitment to teaching students about moral values through after-school Pastoral Care programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
Selection Criteria:

Evidence of progress towards achieving Highly Accomplished teacher status, in accordance with the AITSL standards,

Teaching excellence and experience across Year 6-12 Technology and Technology related subjects,

Knowledge of best practice pedagogy,

The ability to deliver lessons that stimulate and engage all students, including students who are in need of extra support,

Experience in planning and implementing Pastoral Care programs promoting moral values,
-
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues,

Genuine acceptance and sensitivity towards students from diverse cultural backgrounds,

Strong written and oral communication skills,

Initiative and motivation to embrace new learning opportunities and tackle challenges,

Willingness to actively engage with students and parents through Pastoral Care programs within and beyond the school environment.
