Position Details:
Immaculate Heart College is an Independent Co-educational K-12 school located in the picturesque setting of the Chittering Valley. We are a growing school, only just moving into offering senior secondary ATAR and General English subjects. Thus, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher with the capacity to teach Middle School and Senior School English. With effective interpersonal skills, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for our students.
Selection Criteria:
We are seeking a teacher who is:

Experienced in teaching English from Year 7 – Year 12 students.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms, such as SEQTA.

Able to work collaboratively to build rapport with students, parents and all College employees to develop respectful, inclusive and positive working relationships.

Willing to assist with extra-curricular activities.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate your competency against the following domains (that govern the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers):
- Professional knowledge
- Professional practice; and
- Professional engagement.

Applicants must have a current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA) to be eligible for appointment.
