Records and Information Management Officer (0.6-1.0 FTE)

Description

AISWA is seeking the services of a talented Records and Information Management Officer with the ability to analyse and prepare documentation to support AISWA IT policies and procedures for systems and secure data management.

 

This is a 0.6-1.0 FTE position commencing mid-January 2022.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • ​Ability to manage records, data management, and develop corresponding policy documentation
  • Experience in risk management, security, and compliance 
  • Ability to undertake appropriate planning and provide advice in relation to staff requirements including advising staff with preparing a workflow, or modelling, and for technical aspects of new IT projects
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate current user needs and system functionality and ensure data management is compliant with organisation responsibilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma of Business (Records and Information Management) or undergraduate degree in Information Management
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current National Police Clearance
