The position will be full time and located at the College’s campus situated at 157 Kingsway. Darch Western Australia 6017.  The salary range for this position is between $84,000 and $100,000 per year.

The successful applicant will meet the position selection criteria, some of which include:

Essential:
  • Relevant experience in property, facilities or maintenance coordination.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

  • Sound computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft suite and maintenance systems.

  • Demonstrate initiative and possess the ability to be proactive when approaching tasks.

  • Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College.

Desirable:
  • Experience in a school or complex operational environment.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance requirements.

  • Experience coordinating contractors, services or projects.

Some of the Duties of the position:
  • Set clear, challenging, and achievable expectations for each student.

  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and staff requests and operational priorities.

  • Assist in the coordination, delivery, and recording of preventative and reactive maintenance programs.

  • Coordinate contractors and oversee routine works.
  • Assist with the supervision, scheduling of maintenance and grounds staff.
  • Actively work alongside maintenance and grounds staff to complete operational tasks when required.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of building and property maintenance activities.
