We are seeking expressions of interest from talented, experienced and inspirational educational leaders to assume this demanding and rewarding position from January 2026.

- Proven strategic leadership in shaping a future-focused educational direction, with expertise in curriculum, assessment, and contemporary practices in learning, pastoral care and student wellbeing.
- Leadership aligned with Jewish values, actively supporting the school’s faith-based mission and unique culture.
- Strong community-building acumen and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor staff while fostering authentic, trust-based relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
- A dynamic leadership approach that is both collaborative and empowering, with a focus on shared decision-making and valuing the voices of staff, students and parents.
- Well-developed insight into governance requirements and legal responsibilities within a school environment.
