We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual for the position of Personal Assistant and Front Desk Support. This is a diverse role within our member-based organisation, requiring strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
The role provides administration support to the Executive Director, including diary management and coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
This role also encompasses front desk operations including handling enquiries and ensuring visitors to the AISWA office are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner.
The successful candidate will have:
· Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks or executive support role.
· Experience coordinating diaries, meetings, events, and/or travel.
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams).
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines using initiative and sound judgement.
· A warm, professional, and approachable manner with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· A collaborative team approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
