In a typical month you’ll be….
- Processing payroll for approximately 340 permanent staff and 230 casuals (during term time)
- Calculating overtime, penalties, workers comp and leave adjustments
- Managing and maintaining the School’s superannuation requirements
- Calculating termination, maternity leave and spread pay calculations
- Ensuring compliance with the award, PAYG, SGC and STP
- Assisting staff and management with payroll queries
- Looking for ways to streamline processes
Candidates with a minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing in an EBA or complex award environment will be considered. Knowledge of Synergetic is advantageous but not essential.
