We are seeking for an experienced and passionate Manager, First Nations Education to lead and strengthen First Nations education initiatives across our member schools.
Working as a member of AISWA's senior management group, you will partner with schools, communities, governing bodies and sector stakeholders to develop culturally responsive practices, build capability and celebrate First Nations culture across the independent school sector.
Reporting to the Director - School Programs and Services, you will demonstrate:

Proven leadership experience in a professional environment.

Strong experience in First Nations education and a deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and communities.

Excellent consultancy, coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.

The ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

High-level communication and interpersonal skills.

An understanding of the Western Australian independent school sector.

Knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing Aboriginal students and the practices that support student success.
