The School is seeking an experienced, professional and enthusiastic HR/Payroll Officer to join our fast-paced Business and Administration Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the School, focusing on employment conditions, employee relations and remuneration.
The HR/Payroll Officer will work closely with the Business Manager and Principal and broader Executive Team regarding the recruitment and appointment of new staff, day to day management of employment matters and related compliance, along with the processing of monthly payroll and administration of work health and safety processes.
This position is 0.94 FTE, with one week off during the April, June/July and September/October school holidays in addition to four weeks annual leave.
