After an incredible 33 years of dedicated service, our current Head of Primary is retiring, and we are now seeking a passionate and experienced leader to take on this vital role at our Halls Head Campus.

We are looking for an outstanding Head of Primary with a proven track record in primary education. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to inspire a high-performing school culture while being creative, collaborative, and focused on building strong relationships within the school community. The Halls Head Campus is currently undergoing a significant period of growth, going from single stream to a double stream Primary School. The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate organisation of a growing school as well as leading change.

 

Frederick Irwin Anglian School is a co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 school.  We offer high quality Anglican education in a safe and nurturing environment on two campuses, Meadow Springs (Kindergarten – Year 12) and Halls Head (Kindergarten – Year 6).  Our school has beautiful facilities, is a great working environment with excellent conditions.

About the Role
This is an exciting role for a dynamic and driven educator.  You need to be relationship focused and have a proven track record of leadership and educational excellence.   This role is to commence Term 3, 2025.

 

The Head of Primary leads staff inspiring creativity to further develop and achieve the School’s vision and goals.

Pastoral Care
Pastoral care is extremely important at Frederick Irwin Anglican School. We are focused on the whole child and all staff who manage the supervision and welfare of the students are responsible for pastoral care while at school.
