About the Role
A rewarding opportunity is available for a motivated and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Frederick Irwin Anglican School. As the first point of contact for our school community, the Receptionist provides a welcoming, professional, and efficient service to students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing reception and supporting administrative processes with excellence, efficiency and care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, representing the school with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the reception area and respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Provide concierge-style support for visitors and assist with school events.
- Support secondary administration including the sick bay, student attendance and staff room.
- Provide administrative support across various departments including Marketing, Uniform Shop and Finance.
- Assist with emergency communication protocols and maintain compliance records.
