About the Role
Frederick Irwin Anglican School is seeking a passionate and experienced educator to take on the role of Early Learning Coordinator at our Meadow Springs Campus. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the educational journey of our youngest learners in a thriving, values-based school community.

 

The Early Learning Coordinator plays a pivotal leadership role within the Lower Primary (Kindergarten to Year 2), combining a 0.5 FTE teaching load with a 0.5 FTE coordination role. As a member of the Primary Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Head of Primary and Deputy Head of Primary to deliver a purposeful, high-quality educational program. You will lead teaching practice, guide staff, and help ensure the delivery of a seamless curriculum across the early years.

 

This role requires an exemplary classroom teacher with a deep understanding of Early Childhood education, a commitment to innovation and excellence, and the ability to inspire and support colleagues.

 

This is a full-time ongoing position to start in Term 3 2025. 


Frederick Irwin Anglican School teacher salaries are generally 2.5% above the comparable Department of Education of Western Australia rates.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Hold a current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check
  • Hold the appropriate academic qualifications, including a post graduate diploma or integrated undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or have, in the opinion of the School Principal, sufficient experience as an early childhood educator
  • Ability to work in a co-operative team environment
