Australian Islamic College is a faith-based K-12 co-educational facility catering for over 5,500 students from five sites in WA at Thornlie, Dianella, Henley Brook, Forrestdale, Kewdale and one site in Adelaide, SA.
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood & Primary Teachers commencing from May, 2024 at our Henley Brook Campus.

Pre-requisites for all roles:
- Relevant teacher qualification
- Teacher Registration with TRBWA, or ability to obtain
- WWCC clearance, or ability to obtain
Applicants must satisfy the teacher training and academic qualification requirements for the position.
The general requirements mentioned below should be demonstrated in your application:
- Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice. However, new graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.
- Ability to influence the progress of students within the school, including the creation of an interesting, challenging and enjoyable learning environment.
- Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.
- Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
- Respect for Islamic Values & Ethos.
