About the role: Director of Marketing and Promotions

 

  • Employment Type: Full Time

Position Summary

 

The Director of Marketing and Promotions will lead the College’s marketing, communications, and public relations efforts, overseeing branding, digital and print media, events, and Alumni engagement to ensure a consistent, high-quality public image.

Key Duties

  • General leadership and strategic planning
  • Marketing strategy development and execution
  • Coordination of events and functions
  • Publications and communications management
  • Alumni engagement and development
  • Staff liaison and employee relations
  • Other duties as required to support the College

 

Selection Criteria:

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships)
  • Experience managing promotional programs and brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, analytics, and content marketing
  • Experience managing, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with Executive and Leadership Teams

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by:
  • Following WH&S instructions and policies 
    • Reporting accidents and hazards 
    • Generally caring for own safety and that of others, including volunteers, students, and parents. 
    • First Aid certificate.
