Digital Learning and Technology Analyst

Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning and Technology Analyst to play a key role in the design, management, testing, and support of AISWA’s digital learning and member technology ecosystem. This position serves as the Product Owner for AISWA’s Online Learning and Digital Badging Program and supports the rollout, testing, and continuous improvement of AISWA’s broader member technologies, including the CRM, Member Portal, and Website.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Manager, Member Services Technology.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in designing, managing, and supporting online courses within an LMS (e.g., Moodle).

  • Experience administering digital badging or credentialing systems.

  • Experience providing user support across web, LMS, or member portal environments.

  • Working knowledge of CMS, member Portals, or CRM systems for troubleshooting and configuration.

  • Strong ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, documentation, and training for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
