We have a vacancy for a Design Technologies Technician commencing at the start of Term 1, 2025 (commencement date 22nd January 2025) at our Duncraig Campus. This role will be working 2 days per week, term time only.
The Design Technologies Technician will perform a combination of duties for Years 7 – 12 to support teaching and learning in these areas.
The technician will assist teacher and students during class activities across all the Design Technologies subject areas. This could include (but is not limited to) Design (Computing), Textiles and Foods courses.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent computer skills to assist in Design. Experience in textiles (Textiles will be part of their role) and food technology will be advantages. Experience working in an appropriate Industry or trade or school Design Technology area will be highly regarded.
