Santa Maria College is a leading Catholic girls' school, founded by the Sisters of Mercy with 1300 students in Years 5 -12 including 150 boarders.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to take on the role of Dean of Students. The successful applicant will lead the pastoral and academic care of a year cohort of students with the support of a team of Homeroom teachers.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pastoral care, experience designing and delivering transformative wellbeing programs, and an unwavering commitment to helping young women flourish — emotionally, socially, and academically. This is a rare opportunity to shape a culture where every student is known, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
This full-time, ongoing leadership position commences in Term 1, 2026.
