We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant, Primary Education. The primary focus of this role is to provide expert leadership, guidance and professional support to primary school leaders and educators, enabling them to design, implement and evaluate effective literacy and numeracy plans and programs.
The ideal candidate will have:

Substantial relevant teaching experience in schools and/or other educational settings.

Sound knowledge and understanding of the Australian Curriculum and the Western Australian Curriculum for English, Mathematics, and associated national and state education policy.

Demonstrated experience in planning, delivering and evaluating professional learning for diverse audiences.

Strong knowledge of contemporary educational trends, standards, pedagogical theories, research, and frameworks.

Demonstrated capacity to lead, support and implement literacy and numeracy programs and initiatives.

Proven ability to apply continuous improvement processes to strengthen programs and improve student and school outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and a broad range of stakeholders.

Highly developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in the use of contemporary educational technologies and their effective integration into curriculum and pedagogy.
