Consultant, Early Childhood

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant, Early Childhood. The role focuses on providing leadership, consultancy, support, and professional learning in early childhood leadership and pedagogy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial teaching experience in early childhood settings, including schools or other relevant environments.

• Strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum, Early Years Learning Framework v2, and the National Quality Framework.

• Experience in designing and leading successful projects in a school and/or policy setting.
• Experience in the design and delivery of contemporary and high-efficacy professional learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to apply continuous improvement processes to strengthen programs and improve outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and build effective relationships with early childhood educators.
