Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant, Early Childhood. The role focuses on providing leadership, consultancy, support, and professional learning in early childhood leadership and pedagogy.
The ideal candidate will have:

Substantial teaching experience in early childhood settings, including schools or other relevant environments.

Strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum, Early Years Learning Framework v2, and the National Quality Framework.
- Experience in designing and leading successful projects in a school and/or policy setting.
- Experience in the design and delivery of contemporary and high-efficacy professional learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to apply continuous improvement processes to strengthen programs and improve outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and build effective relationships with early childhood educators.
