Her role involves fostering meaningful partnerships, delivering leadership consultancy, and providing professional learning for member schools. With a strong focus on whole-school wellbeing initiatives, particularly in Consent and Respectful Relationships Education (CRRE), Lucy is committed to ensuring that member schools feel supported in cultivating inclusive and thriving communities.
