AISWA and Elizabeth Carr AM (ChairConnecet Convenor) are excited to invite you to the second WA ChairConnect event for 2025!

This sundowner event designed specifically for school Board Chairs will provide guests with a chance to meet and connect with other Board Chairs, gain an overview of AISWA, and an opportunity to hear from a special guest speaker. 

This event will also include the launch of the AISWA/ISQ Online Governance Course.

Elizabeth Carr AM is currently Chair of St Mary's Anglican Girls' School.  Elizabeth has extensive governance experience across 10 industries, with a specific emphasis on audit and risk, stakeholder engagement, people and remuneration, technology projects and NFP Governance. Elizabeth is also an AICD course facilitator and in 2024, presented the highly successful AICD Governance Foundations for NFP Directors of Independent Schools 1.5 day course for AISWA.

AISWA is easily accessible, with plenty of parking options nearby. While there is no onsite parking available, street parking is available along Walters Drive and surrounding streets, with a maximum fee of $5.50 per day. Please note, no cash or card payment options are available, payment is managed via the EasyPark App, so we recommend downloading it ahead of your visit for a seamless experience. Public transport is also a convenient option, with Glendalough Train Station and Bus Stop 25350 (Route 407) located nearby. We look forward to welcoming you!
