Description
This one day master class is designed to challenge and provoke current thinking about leadership, leaving participants with a fresh perspective, deeper insights and a renewed focus on leadership with an emphasis on mindful practice by allowing leaders to explore how to lead themselves before successfully leading others. The participants will explore the three core qualities of mindfulness, selflessness and compassion including practical solutions to increase the engagement of their teams and unleash improved performance. This master class is based on the principles in the book "The Mind of the Leader" authored by two directors of the Potential Project, Rasmus Hougaard and Jacqueline Carter. In 2018, Harvard Business Review Press wrote, "The Mind of the Leader will inspire leaders to embrace these qualities - mindfulness, selfless confidence and compassion, so they can do what leadership was meant to do: create cohesive, inspired and deeply human organisations." The day will include moving from the theoretical to practical experiential learning that lay the foundations of practices that can be incorporated into daily leadership routines.
Participants will receive a copy of the Mind of the Leader (2018) published by Harvard Business Review Press.
