Ben Calleja is Director for CCSolutions and Growth Coaching International (WA/SA/NT), holding a Master and Bachelor of Education, and multiple coaching accreditations. With experience across Australia and the US in educational leadership, university teaching, Indigenous and special needs education, Ben excels in fostering positive professional relationships and organisational culture. He works extensively in executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and building coaching skills at all levels. Ben’s strength lies in connecting with clients’ unique needs and supporting individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential.
