Media Arts Network Day

Description

An opportunity for teachers of Media to meet and discuss current issues pertaining to the Media courses, to share resources and ideas, and to engage in professional learning.

This networking is run in conjunction with Catholic Education WA. The day is designed for teachers who are currently teaching Media in Years 11 and/or 12, with ideas also applicable to those teaching in Years 7-10

The agenda for the day is being finalised and is likely to include the following:

• An overview of the practical submission to optimise marks. 
• Discussion of materials / resources / strategies developed for Year 11 and 12 syllabus and sharing of resources. 
• Share samples of marking keys and rubrics for the WA Curriculum Media Arts.

Bring along samples to share and marking keys and Rubrics for the WA Curriculum. This is a good opportunity for early career teachers to network with others.
