Description

AISWA has partnered with UWA to offer the first unit of Masters of Educational Leadership as a pass/fail unit. This is a four day intensive unit, conducted in the week before most staff are required at school. The advantages of participating in this course are

  • that it provides an opportunity to progress through this unit and others with colleagues from Independent schools;
  • there is only a small administrative and catering cost for participating in this unit providing you go on to enrol in the Masters of Educational Leadership with UWA;
  • it eases you back into formal study and guidance on academic writing and referencing are given in one of our sessions; and
  • you have the opportunity to hear from a range of experts across a range of administrative and compliance issues which concern school leaders.

On successful completion of this unit participants then go on to enrol with UWA to complete their remaining units, gaining credit for the one they completed with AISWA.  If you do not go on to enrol with UWA there will be a cost of $400.  This course is directed toward those who are looking at educational leadership.

The dates for this course are:

Monday 20 January 2020

Tuesday 21 January 2020

Wednesday 22 January 2020

Thursday 23 January 2020

Please note, morning tea and lunch will be provided.
