When emergencies strike, they can cause immense stress and have a lasting impact on students, staff, and families. This interactive session will equip educators and leaders with practical strategies to respond effectively to the developmental and psychological needs of their school community, helping to reduce distress and foster positive recovery. Through real-life scenarios, collaborative planning, and expert guidance, participants will gain the confidence to navigate unexpected situations and safeguard wellbeing. Suitable for principals, teachers, counsellors, and school staff, this workshop is a valuable opportunity to strengthen your school's resilience and readiness for whatever comes your way.
