Description
This project is led by Dr Amie Fabry and is a repeat of our highly successful 2025 project. Participants will be introduced to the Early Years Leadership Framework. The Leadership Framework is designed to develop early childhood leaders' understanding of their role and equip leaders with strategies to lead ongoing improvement and change. During the program, early childhood leaders will use the Framework to identify an aspect of pedagogy that requires improvement, develop a plan for leading improvement and apply practical strategies to lead improvement in one pedagogical area by inspiring and supporting colleagues and working with the school executive team.
Outcomes
- Describe their role as an early childhood leader.
- Identify key aspects of pedagogy that requires improvement in their context.
- Develop a plan and apply practical strategies to lead pedagogical improvements.
- Support colleagues and collaborate with their school executive team to drive and sustain these improvements.
